SYNDICATED YACHT OWNERSHIP - PROGRAM

US Yachts Pty Ltd in conjunction with Sydney By Sail is offering an all-inclusive yacht ownership program:

For an initial investment, our owners buy an equity share of 10% or 20% in one of the yachts. A 10% share will grant the owner use of the boat for 33
days per year for the 3 year life of the syndicate. The luxury yacht is then sold and the part-owner shares in the net proceeds of the sales price of the yacht. For the life of the syndicate, We will provide a 5 star "walk-on walk-off" service to maximise your time with family and friends on the water.

What does it include??

US Yachts Pty Ltd in conjunction with Sydney By Sail offers a complete "walk-on walk-off" service. All maintenance, refurbishment, repairs, engine checks and cleaning is done for our owners. All you need to do is book your yacht and pick it up on the day and return it. Sydney By Sail will take care of all work and costs associated with yacht ownership:

  • Cleaning

  • All Repairs and Equipment replacement

  • Regular Maintenance, Engine services (as prescribed)

  • Comprehensive insurance. (including Personal Accident and $10M liability)

  • Marina berthing

  • Refurbishment of interior and equipment on a regular basis

  • A fully equipped kitchen with all plates, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle, etc

  • Installation of additional equipment as required by the owners

  • Supply of fresh linen and blankets for all beds (when required)

  • Refilling of boat with diesel

  • Skipper assisted "Valet Yacht Parking" service at no additional cost

  • Vessel value conservation program
